I worked with axis professional for my house sale in march this year. Ellen was professional and efficient, explained everything we needed to know and provided reassuring updates regularly. This time I used Sara Gibson who was fantastic, professional, efficient and communicative. I’ve used many solicitors over the years, but none have come close to the level of service I received from this firm. Ellen Cooper handled both my sale and purchase, including a purchase that unfortunately fell through — and I was not charged for the work already done. My next purchase came with hurdle after hurdle, yet Ellen was consistently efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and completely on top of every issue that arose. The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Ellen kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and made a very stressful process feel manageable. Ellen was fantastic throughout. We did not know the conveyancing process , but she took the time to explain everything and conducted her work in a timely manner. We have used Kayleigh now twice to sell both our residential home and, most recently, a rental property we owned.
