I contacted them in Oct / Nov time. A lot was going as my case was nowhere finished and I contacted Michael Morgan's secretary, nothing. I contacted Michael Morgan and instead of ringing to apologise and I'd have totally understood. I received an email. Apparently my reply which was completely factual offended him and he rejected me from being a client. I'm his niece!

Bitterly disappointed with the contact . Tried to engage with Michael Morgan with them hope I could have a free 30 min chat regarding a new claim. After being strung along for a week I was told by the secretary he was too busy to speak with me and to write an email instead. I was expected to sign an agreement without even speaking or meeting my solicitor. If this is the way small claim clients are treated , I’d choose another firm .
