Kieran was knowledgeable and familiar with different scenario of TDS. We asked a lot of questions and he was patient and promptly responded to every one of them. He also have great negotiation skills and managed to settle a good offer without needing us to go to court. Would highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews as to receive good service should be a given, but in this case Chris Rudd Solicitors went above and beyond what I expected. I can honestly say my family and I were taken by suprise the lengths all the staff went to in making our situation bearable and then at the end obtaining results beyond our wildest dreams. No words can describe how much the results of our case meant to us all. We have told everyone how good you all are and how happy we are to tell the whole world.

It was promised assistance in reclaiming apartment deposit along with compensation and assurance that case is gonna win and advice to decline a settlement offer from landlord. Months passed without any contact and progress after which was received information with conclusion that the case was unwinnable, contrary to your initial assurances.
