Matthew Forrester was professional and courteous throughout the transaction and ultimately got the matter completed. This was not a straightforward sale and there were a number of title and leasehold issues raised along the way. We used JBGass in Cheshire for our purchase and the whole process felt really straightforward. The tech made a big difference. Being able to sign documents digitally and track progress in Hoowla meant we always knew what was going on. They were easy to get hold of, communicated clearly, and understood our situation instead of treating it like a standard transaction.
