We recently used this firm for our conveyancing, they helped us with the sale of our property and purchase of our new property. We have had an excellent experience with this firm especially Zhanna Akkurt and Charlotte Hatch, both made our journey easy and stress free. We had and excellent service, communication was always super responsive and informative. We were kept updated at all stages, Zhanna was extremely helpful. Both Zhanna and Charlotte showed us an exceptional level of professionalism. Our visit to the office for completion was also an great experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this firm for conveyancing to think very carefully before doing so. BE VERY CAREFUL if you have Hamza Ahmad dealing with your property! What should have been a straightforward process turned into one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences my family has ever faced. Despite making it absolutely clear over the phone that I was only agreeing to EXCHANGE contracts and not COMPLETION, because we needed time to arrange the move completion was still pushed through, causing complete panic and chaos. The most upsetting part of all is the situation this placed my 80-year-old mother in. She was completely unaware of what was happening while out shopping, and had the buyers not acted with kindness and understanding, she could have been left in an incredibly vulnerable position with nowhere properly prepared to go at such short notice. When I desperately tried to resolve the situation, rather than being supported, I was repeatedly told that I was “wrong” and that I had “agreed the date,” despite contradictory information previously being given over the phone. Communication throughout was poor, unclear, and completely lacking the level of care and professionalism you would expect when dealing with something as important as a family home. The stress, anxiety, lost work time, and emotional impact this caused were entirely avoidable. I trusted this firm to guide us professionally through a major life event. Instead, we were left distressed, panicked, and feeling completely failed by the service we paid for. We were left with days to arrange a move which we did yesterday in the heat, my mums items are still packed in a van because right now there is no-where to go! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
