When you're dealing with legal matters these days it can be overwhelming. 100% recommend. Davina has been our solicitor for conveyancing. From listing the property for sale to completion, it taken just less that 12 weeks. Davina’s communication was faultless, she was quick clear and concise. She would follow up daily and there was never delay. I had one stressful point in this due to our sellers solicitor, but Davina was on the case and reassured me. Would absolutely recommend and use again - and we will be using for our WILL. As a mortgage broker that has worked with many solicitors I can honestly say that you provide Outstanding Service over and over again Working alongside them on a recent mortgage case was genuinely refreshing.
