I have worked with Sarah to sell my house and buy another. Communication is excellent responsive and understandable. My purchase was more challenging than the sale but the costs weren’t increased. Of course during an expensive time this is much appreciated and valued. Highly recommended!!
Excellent process from start to finish and would highly recommend Newell Mellor Solicitors Heather and the whole team have been fantastic throughout the sale and purchase of mums property. Heather has been exceptionally responsive throughout and made the process really simple for us, which has been welcomed. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Even when we requested to visit so that we could ensure all paperwork and documents were signed correctly, she sat with mum and walked her through all the documents. This made mum feel really relaxed in what have been difficult times. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nowell Mellor or using them again in the future. A sincere thank you.
Nothing was too much trouble for Debby Hackney and her team. Communication was clear and swift throughout. Everything was explained clearly and Debby demonstrated that she has a great eye for detail. This was the most complicated conveyancing matter that I have had to deal with. Despite the complexity this was the most professional conveyancing service that I have received. At every step of the way the team were friendly and supportive, always being open to questions. I really can't recommend the firm highly enough. I feel I have found my firm of solicitors for life.

I engaged the services of one of the solicitors to finalise the financial affairs of my divorce. She was the most inept, unsympathetic, incapable person I have ever had the misfortune to be in contact with. The process was in its infancy and she couldn’t get the most basic of facts right. She referred to my ex husband as my current husband which, after the years of mental abuse I had endured, was an insult. She then assured me she was more than capable of dealing with …and used my current husbands name! This company employs people who just don’t care, can’t be bothered to check their facts and ride roughshod over their clients feelings. Avoid at all costs
