We recently sold and bought a new property with Lovedays handling the conveyancing, as an aside they also produced and hold our wills, and have dealt with many things in our behalf. However back to the point of our recent conveyancing, we are all in difficult times which throw up unusual things, despite this our conveyenser, Rachael Mellor not only dealt with these but with the many other things that made our particular purchase continuously changing, over four months , but took them in her stride. She worked relentlessly to make sure we got not just the house we wanted but protected our interests in every way. Rachael is the most dogmatic, professional person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with and strongly recommend to anyone looking for a conveyenser to handle a sale or purchase, engage Rachael, absolutely brilliant ! We recently bought our first home and Pam and Mia could not have been more helpful. Right from the first conversation we had we knew this was who we wanted to help us through the process. Buying our first home we had no idea what to expect but the process was laid out for us by Pam and Mia which made a huge difference. Pam was always on hand for any questions we had and everything was always explained in a way that we would understand. We were lucky to be in a short chain as it was but there was no way we would have completed on the property as quickly as we did without Pam and Mia. Whenever it comes to moving again our first port of call will be Pam and Lovedays. Genuinely brilliant service and would recommend to anyone regardless of their situation.

Very helpful, proactive and meticulous. Pam is amazingly hard working. We were in a tricky chain and she did everything to keep things together to ensure a successful completion. At the start of our house move process, I looked into a ( somewhat cheaper) remote solicitor, and realised quickly it would not work. There was little communication and too much diy. I'm not legally trained myself, so saving a few hundred pounds, which at the outset seemed tempting, would have been a total false economy ( and a disaster). Pam is very responsive and held our hands throughout the process. Worth every penny. Thank you Pam - you're worth your weight in gold.
