As with most sale / purchases there were hurdles and bumps in the road and the whole process took almost 6 months , the Berensens LLP team worked on our behalf efficiently and got the best result possible for us every step of the way. Communication was regular as were updates no matter how small.

Was a good experience, only thing lacking was when there was an issue with something it would have been nice to call fist to discuss the issue, rather than e-mail all the time. As sometimes we were confused about what was needed then send the email.
