Awful, Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
Absolute rubbish, ive been dealing with and still dealing with a very traumatic accident thats has left me with a life changing injury, nothing is the same and walking has become very difficult to how it was before, these guys just kept switching my cases between different people, not very proffesionall and chris promised six figures when it comes to trial and when it cane to the time of offers he tells me he doesn’t think i would achieve the six figures, so why tf are you promising me something the couple weeks later you break that promise. Absolute con artists, i wish i left this firm and went with my dads lawyer instead of giving these people a chance, chris claimed they had stronger evidence, how!? Please explain to me, i was the one that got done the wrong so how could they have stronger evidence when i was the one who got hit, i asked these guys to take evidence from the workplace and they say there was no need to, well in fact that cctv would of showed you everything. Civilians reading this i got hit by a jcb telehandler and nearly died twice and woke up from a coma, none of these had been recorded this firm is a shambles, the case is over but i should of got the six figures i deserve. The solicitors are absolute rubbish they don’t have a clue what they doing and wont fight for the best result. Now im left with nothing thats worth what ive been through. They won’t contact you, you have to contact them, theres so much sh** i gotta say but its too long right now. Just avoid these guys. They couldn’t take my case to court, they didn’t take cctv evidence. Absolute rubbish, I was looking at 300k claim elsewhere but these guys can’t fight only got me £77k, these guys can’t do their job properly please avoid. They promised to get one sum in court. But when the time came with offers the solicitor (who’s only an associate) didn’t want to go to court and was contradicting himself on what he was informing me. My case was worth more and it just went to waste. AVOID AVOID AVOID, Update: my case has now finished and it was absolutely appalling. I have been left with a life changing injury which they completely disregarded. I asked them to take cctv evidence from the workplace where the accident happened and they refused. How can you refuse to gather evidence? My father’s lawyer offered me a six figure settlement if he was to deal with my case but I didn’t go to him, I should’ve listened to my father. These guys don’t even come close to the amount you deserve and they do not work properly. How was my case switching hands with so many solicitors? In the end I got 70k from a 100k offer, they do minimal amount of work but take all the percentage. The legal amount you’re allowed to take is 25% but they try taking 35% until I outsmarted them. Absolutely awful avoid avoid avoid!!! I could have got 300k with my father’s lawyer, these people are not proper lawyers, they’re just associates not lawyers. They did not put a single case fighting effort. Chris promised me 300k when it comes to court but instantly backed down when the amounts were discussed on the table, showing they only want an easy win. If I could sue this company I will
