Simple conveyancing through divorce. Stepped outside their contracted authority. Held onto money enabling my ex and their financial domestic abuse against me. Before and after decisions by court, and reports to police. Low humanity. Low business integrity.

I am a practising accountant and I was recommended by a local Estate Agent to use Chester & Co for the sale of a London property by a client The process became very complex and had lengthy delays and serious complications, Pebelle really supported us and sorted out every new hurdle that was put in the way, ensuring things kept moving forward. She was very good with my client who is elderly with little knowledge or understanding of UK property selling procedures. Communication was great whether by phone or e mail. She was always professional and with good attention to detail. We were charged the fee quoted at the outset plus what I felt was a very reasonable additional fee for the extra work required to complete the sale.
