Lucy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was a particularly difficult one as the property previously had a mortgage on it and although had been paid off in full several years ago the lender had not removed the charge even though upon several different forms of communication from Lucy informing that that land registry could see a charge the mortgage company said otherwise.
