Sarah Oram handled the purchase of our flat and she did a great job, she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and made the elaborate, complex process of buying almost painless! She supported us and fought our corner throughout . Highly recommend.
I've worked with Sam Dawkins over the past few years on multiple eviction cases, and I can’t recommend her services highly enough. Every case has been handled with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and have already recommended her to others in the industry.
This review should say 10/5 stars!!! Sarah & Lisa went above and beyond, always clear & precise communications in timely a manner. If you’re purchasing or selling a property I wouldn’t look to use anywhere else! They’ve managed to handle an extremely difficult purchase (Seller issue) and have been faultless throughout! I will never use a different solicitor from here on out!
Robert at Edward Harte did an exemplary job on handing the sale of an ex-council flat back to B&H Council. This was an inherited property and we do not live near Brighton, so a really strong, communicative solicitor was vital. Robert and his team are clearly highly experienced and professional, and their communication was outstanding, keeping us informed throughout the many unexpected queries and issues that arose. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service from Edward Harte, and would enthusiastically recommend their conveyancing services to anyone dealing with property in the area.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Sam Dawkins of Edward Harte solicitors. She successfully advised me in relation to a landlord and tenant matter which thanks to her belts and braces approach was resolved quickly and without the need for protracted negotiations or Court proceedings. Last summer I was dealing with a very stressful situation, and I had a meeting with lawyer Samantha Dawkins. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I tried to ask several questions, but I felt that her responses were somewhat abrupt and not very encouraging. I also had the impression that she was quite busy and did not always have the time to fully listen to or understand my concerns. Overall, I did not feel as supported as I had hoped during a very difficult time
