Lola has been my solicitor for 14 months. She has helped me through a traumatic and stressful divorce. She has always been professional and kind and kept me informed of progress and procedures of the law. We have been able to see her face to face and communicate easily by telephone and email. It has taken 3 and half years to totally mis-manage dealing with my late husband's Will. As all that had to be done was sell a few shares, there was no need to go to probate. Furthermore, She totally overlooked the one bequest let alone offer me help to abide by my husband's wishes. This has all added to my burden of grief.
