I am extremely happy with the service I have received from the firm, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and supportive legal representation. My case is particularly complicated and has involved a number of challenging issues, but I have always felt that my case has been handled with professionalism, care and attention. I have been very impressed with the way everything has been managed and with the level of support I have received throughout the process. I would especially like to thank Anthony Eleftheriou who has been absolutely excellent. He is always responsive and gets back to me very quickly whenever I have a question or need an update. He has been reassuring, professional and proactive throughout, which has made a very difficult process much easier for me. Overall, I am genuinely very pleased with the service I have received. I feel that my case is being taken seriously and handled in a professional and committed manner. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! Would not recommend Signature at all. I have used conveyancers previously, and Signature Law is absolutely terrible. Chat GPT did a better job at offering me legal advice than Signature Law. This firm did nothing properly and they sat on the sale, lacked progress, they reviewed a lease for a Share of Freehold which had some glaring most basic errors in it which they failed to bring to my attention. Chat GPT analysed the lease and was able to advise me and pointed out some really significant flaws and grey areas. However, Signature Law found nothing wrong with the lease. They didn't even go through the lease with me, just made their own standardised response, to show some work has been done. Even the seller was named as landlord and me as tenant. No mention of Flat A or Flat B. There was added service charge, sink fund. Only after me raising the concerns raised by Chat GPT, twice in two separate emails over a number of days, did Signature Law actually speak to me and then actually advised that the lease had too many flaws and that it was their legal advice that I should not go ahead with the sale. Not sure what I was paying for, however I lost £1,200 on survey fees and searches as a result of pulling out of sale the property, and this was two before completion. To top it off Signature Law charged me an abortive fee which I have found out they should not as I was covered by no move no fee policy and now they are not giving my money back. I have raised a complaint with Signature Law and will update the progress of this here. I will be raising a complaint with Solicitors Regulation Authority.

I cannot recommend Anthony highly enough. From the outset, he has consistently gone above and beyond, and I have felt incredibly well supported throughout what has been a very difficult and overwhelming process. My matter involves sensitive child proceedings, and Anthony has handled every aspect of the case with an exceptional amount of sensitivity, care and professionalism. He has always been mindful of the difficult and emotional nature of the circumstances, while ensuring that I feel listened to, understood and supported throughout. Anthony has taken the time to ensure that every step is clearly explained to me, making sure that I understand not only what is happening, but also the reasoning behind each step and how best to move forward to achieve the best possible outcome. His communication, patience and attention to detail have been invaluable, and I have never felt as though my questions or concerns are too much. He has been incredibly reassuring throughout every stage so far, particularly at times when I have felt uncertain or anxious about the proceedings. His calm, thoughtful and thorough approach has given me a great deal of confidence and reassurance in the way my case is being handled. It is very clear that Anthony genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about ensuring that matters are handled properly and carefully. Given the sensitive nature of child proceedings, having someone who approaches the case with this level of care has meant a great deal to me. I am extremely grateful for everything Anthony has done so far. He has already made an incredibly difficult process feel far more manageable, and I wholeheartedly look forward to continuing to work with him as my case progresses.

Anthony has been absolutely incredible throughout what has been a very stressful and uncertain time for us. Within a couple of weeks of receiving an emergency NMO extension, we received the amazing news today that the extension had been granted for much longer than we had expected. We genuinely could not have achieved this result without Anthony. He worked tirelessly on our case, communicated promptly and clearly throughout, and always approached everything with such empathy, patience and kindness. It was clear from the very beginning that he genuinely cares about the people behind each case he takes on. His dedication, professionalism and understanding made such a difficult situation feel much more manageable, and the result he achieved for us has given us the freedom and peace of mind to live our lives without the same fear and uncertainty for a long while. I cannot thank Sadid Imam and the team at Signature Law enough for their support with our house [purchase/sale]. From day one, communication was clear, proactive, and stress-free. They kept us updated at every stage and handled everything with total professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I was initially hopeful after seeing so many positive reviews, but my experience was quite the opposite. The solicitor lost an important and expensive document and didn’t even offer an apology, in fact they attempted to blame me and expected me to pay to sort it out despite them clearly admitting it was their office who had lost the paperwork. I expected more from Sadid but sadly, this incident summed up the whole interaction with the firm which was incredibly stressful and generally poor. I've purchased several properties and used many conveyancers and these rank the lowest by far. wouldn’t recommend based on my experience, I'm just glad we managed to secure the purchase before it fell through. I'm still lost for words how it is possible to scan a document into their system, subsequently lose it, then (rather than apologise) attempt to place the burden on their client. It was only rectified after I threatened to make them pay the costs. Simply unacceptable.
