Janine, Arlene and the team at W & AS Bruce are truly top class solicitors. They handled my sale and purchase of property excellently, including a few bumps in the road at the end. What I found most impressive was genuinely good communication. When you engage a solicitor for a property sale or purchase I feel like it’s a bit of a ‘known’ thing that they will have poor communication - this couldn’t be further from the truth for this firm. They kept me updated regularly without prompting both via email and phone when things were urgent. I’m very grateful to their diligence, especially Janine, when we faced a banking issue at purchase that delayed things. She personally went above and beyond to solve an issue (which was the banks fault!) trying to find alternative solutions. I am so please I went with this local firm and I’ll be sure to use them for any further legal work I may need in the future. Thank you so much to everyone, especially Janine and Arlene who are absolute credits to the business.

I cannot recommend Omar and Denise highly enough. They handled the sale of both my property and my partner’s, as well as the purchase of our new home together, providing an exceptional service from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they were consistently polite, helpful, professional and approachable. What could easily have been an incredibly stressful and complicated experience was made to feel remarkably seamless thanks to their efficiency, expertise and attention to detail. Omar and Denise were reassuring and informative every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions and keep us updated. Their calm, friendly and supportive approach gave us complete confidence that everything was being taken care of. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the time they took to explain the financial side of the process. They carefully broke down the figures involved in both our property sales and our new purchase, explaining exactly what everything meant in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. This gave us a much clearer picture of our financial position and, importantly, greater reassurance and confidence about what we could comfortably afford as we planned the next chapter of our lives together.
