In all of our previous 4 house purchases, we found conveyancers to be difficult to get hold of, unreliable, expensive and sometimes patronising. Our experience with WSP could not have been more different. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and proactive and Lucy McCallum was brilliant. Leanne was excellent! She responded quickly, and her service felt both professional and friendly. The paperwork was always sent in advance, and her assistant, Rebecca, was readily available whenever Leanne was busy. If it wasn’t for Leanne pushing through our mortage, I don’t know where we would be!

I have no hesitation in recommending Sue Taylor and WSP following a recent property sale. Sue was incredibly professional and supportive in what became a difficult transaction, trying to sell two properties simultaneously. Practically, Sue and her colleague, Sam Warner, were always available and very responsive in answering calls and emails. Sue also lead me through, and explained clearly, some difficult legal matters.
