Excellent service. I was kept informed throughout the process and would thoroughly recommend WSP to anyone for whatever their legal requirements are. We have subsequently used WSP to update our wills - such was our confidence.
Everyone I dealt with at WSP Solicitors was friendly and professional, even when my conveyancing case cropped up some unexpected issues and the process took longer than expected out of anyone's control. Amie's communication in particular was fantastic and helped ease pre-exchange nerves and pressure for both myself and the estate agents/other parties involved for which I was incredibly grateful. Would more than happily recommend Amie & WSP to any one in the future and will be using them again should I have any further work required.

In all of our previous 4 house purchases, we found conveyancers to be difficult to get hold of, unreliable, expensive and sometimes patronising. Our experience with WSP could not have been more different. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and proactive and Lucy McCallum was brilliant. We were really pleased with the service, everything was dealt with thoroughly, we felt like WSP were actively ensuring everything progressed and not leaving things to chance, responses were quick and informative and we found it easy to get hold of WSP when needed. The quote was competitive and I thought represented good value for money. We would highly recommend WSP.

Successful completion! Leanne and her team were wonderful. They worked very quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed from start to finish in my house sale and purchase. They made a stressful process so much more manageable by their expertise and attention to detail. Their support was invaluable especially as I hadn’t moved for 30 years! I can’t thank them enough. I don’t intend on moving any time soon but, if I did, I would definitely want Leanne et al to be heading up my legal work. Thank you, Everyone! Amie was very helpful in providing the legal support in selling my father's home. I live outside of the UK so was very reliant on Amie keeping on top of things. WSP took on our house purchase after another firm let us down at short notice owing to some unusual aspects in the transaction. They were very understanding of the urgency of our position, and quickly got up to speed with the details. There were further delays elsewhere in the chain, but WSP - and especially our paralegal, Tariq! - were great at keeping us informed, and responding to any queries. I’d certainly use WSP again, and would happily recommend them.
