Mr Seerat Ali from Adam Bernard Solicitors is knowledgeable and gives straight advice. My son who is a British Pakistani National got married to a Pakistani National living in China. We could not register the marriage in China, but there was one option of getting the marriage ceremony conducted via zoom in Pakistan, and getting the marriage registered by the witnesses in Pakistan by providing them letters authority to sign on the bride and grooms behalf and to register on their behalf in Pakistan.
