I found the firm very professional and approachable which made the whole experience go as smoothly as possible. Wills are never nice with some difficult questions, but asked and dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner which made it as pleasant as could possibly be. Would definitely use again and can't recommend highly enough.

We were trying to deal with our mums passing and her estate. The solicitor we had at the time made a complete hash of it, and even lost the will! We moved to McHale & co which was the best decision we have ever made. Our solicitor was Paul Brocklehurst who was very thorough, approachable. Professional and had a good sense of humour, which lifted us when we were feeling down. He listened to our issues and then explained the options at a level we could easily understand. We appointed Paul then and there. To cut a long story short, he applied for and got a grant of administration as the previous solicitors had lost will. Paul paid all creditors so we could then acted on mums wishes and her estate was closed. All throughout the process Paul kept us up to date which was brilliant. I can’t recommend McHale & Co highly enough and especially Paul. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Paul.
I recently asked McHale and Co. to draft my will. I found that the pre drafting discussion was very thorough and Grace (Kennedy) was very helpful in answering my questions and giving appropriate advice. All in all I was happy with the service and will no doubt return to the company in the future.
We had an online appointment to get mirror will setup and paid over £500. Then silence for over two months. No response to email or voicemail left on office number. I had to request chargeback through my payment card provider to put a closure and move on. Only then received a response to email for understanding reason and offer instantly drafted will which I am supposed to hastily review and accept. The experience received was poor for what it was worth, they don't seem to care after payment is taken.
We are very pleased with Jess in the recent preparation of our wills. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and a good communicator - a first rate ambassador for McHales.

I had a great experience throughout my claim with McHale & Co solicitors and felt very well supported from start to finish. I fell victim to some fake forex trading platform and I lost a lot of my funds up to $160,000 but thanks to Bernie Doran for his help in getting my funds recovered. he works with a recovery company called INNOVATIONS ANALYST recovery. I got all my funds recovered after reporting to Mr. Bernie Doran via his Tele gram - IEBINARYFX If you need help in getting your lost funds back as well, he will surely assist you

I went in to the office to day to have a face to face meeting with Helen Tran, she was explaining to me in detail, also answered all my questions and more, highly experienced i would use them again if needed thank you so much Helen.
I was involved in a difficult and stressful legal dispute with my former partner involving finances.
