Dreadful
Four and a half years of frustration, lies, incompetence, perfunctory medical examinations and then, worst of all, they suggested I was being dishonest and could no longer help me. The whole insurance/injury claim is parasitic

Minster Law - Decent people, painfully slow progress
It’s been over two years since my car accident and both myself and the other side are waiting for Minster Law to take action to close this case. We have been waiting to settle since Nov 2025

I had a motorbike accident and had no idea what to do. The third party driver had disappeared leaving me in ’no man’s land' Gemma Susca-Lyons of Minster Law stepped in and guided me through a nearly 3 year journey of medical and phsyio appointments. She secured interim payments from the absent defendant’s insurer to allow me to be treated for my injuries and some towards my losses. After nearly 3 years I’m happy to say that Gemma secured a settlement which allows me to move on. Her professionalism combined with her kindness saw me through some very stressful times. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Unresponsive. They will fob you off with excuses . Not put through your complaints . Never return a call . And basically run a circus

Inspite of complaints, amazing patience & constant reminders- Minster Law have unprofessional, systems which irritate by spouting inaccurate emails & very difficult to speak to.
