The firm was recommended by a family member. I was impressed with communications and advice starting with the initial enquiry. High levels of professionalism were shown throughout and Megan was happy to meet the short turnaround time for the voluntary redundancy process, without compromising on attention to every detail and question.

We are a privately owned commodity trading company and we used Richard Mullett for our private sale of shares & re-arrangement of shareholders responsibilities ; including every aspect of Shareholders, Sale & post sale operational Agreements ( including re-writing the company's Articles of Association ) plus the employees' contractual handbook. Richard is very good ( and very reasonably priced for such high quality work ). We will be using his services in future when ever we need legal work done. Five star work at a reasonable price, seems unlikely these days , but here it is.
