I highly recommend and would use again, I felt I was offered a personal service by individuals who are knowledgeable and professional. The service is well organised, the Solicitors are responsive and competitive (offering fixed cost option(s) for a divorce) which really helped to keep control of the costs. Special thanks to Heather Broadfield and Joanne Latham who helped me get to where I needed to be within a short turnaround time of 6 months, most impressive during these COVID times. Also used for conveyancer and for Will services (again costs offered are very competitive) and would use again if I needed too. Thank you.

A wonderful service from a compassionate team
Following the death of our mother, we approached Hill & Company Solicitors through Ben Roberts, with regard to probate & the selling of mother's property. From the outset, we were treated with the utmost kindness, sympathy & respect for our situation. All the members of staff we dealt with gave us good advice in a timely manner which helped us through such a sad period. They were each a credit to Hill & Company. Kacy was friendly and professional. She made what we thought was a complex case really straightforward. Updating it in the future with them will be easy and low cost. So reassuring to have peace of mind that all my loved ones will be taken care of, especially by children from a previous relationship. Instructed Hill & Co to represent me in a civil matter involving a property dispute. Despite the solicitors being very professional and friendly, I am overall disappointed with my experience. The legal costs involved far exceeded the initial estimates I was given even without making it to a final hearing to resolve the matter. Some of the things I was told would not be relevant or impact the case ended up being relevant which was very frustrating. I ended up accepting a smaller settlement than I would likely have received in a final hearing in order to end the matter due to concerns about the spiraling costs of continuing litigation.
