Joulia helped me throughout my purchase. She’s spot on. Her communication was good. She went on annual leave and her colleagues were communicative in her absence. This was appreciated.
Really have no complaints about the process with PLS, was a long process, but to no fault of PLS.
If I were to buy again, I’d probably use PLS again.

I used PLS Solicitors when purchasing my New Build property and overall the service from Nick Anderson and his team was really good – couldn’t fault it. They were quick, responsive, and made the process smooth. Gemma in particular was really helpful and provided excellent service throughout.
Where my rating drops slightly is with PLS as a company – there were quite a few hidden costs that cropped up along the way, which I wasn’t expecting. It doesn’t take away from the great service I received from the team, but it’s something to be mindful of if you’re considering using them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nick and his team at PLS! I used their new Sale Ready process meaning the journey from sale to completion of my old property was much quicker and less stressful than would usually be the case. The purchase of my new build was also the least stressful home buying experience that I’ve had. The communication was fantastic, always someone on hand to help with friendly service and to be able to see the progress on the app was really handy. Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely be using you for my next move!

Outstanding support and professionalism from PLS Solicitors (Lucy Hubbard’s team)
I was initially reluctant, but was encouraged to go with a large conveyancing firm, managing a sale at one end of the country and a new-build purchase at the other. I’m so glad I followed my developer’s recommendation to work with PLS Solicitors, as they had extensive experience with the specific development I’m buying into — and it made all the difference.
From start to finish, the team have been nothing short of exceptional: personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Eva and Caroline, in particular, have been a constant source of reassurance during what has been an traditionally immensely stressful process and life change. Their kindness and clarity really helped me feel supported, no matter how many questions I had....& I had many...not moved in 40 years.
The firm’s portal and app are helpful additions — the case tracker, with its visual dashboard and timeline, made it easy to follow progress. While I had a few hiccups with the forms on the portal, the team were flexible and happily accepted everything via email when needed.
A huge thank you to Lucy and her brilliant team for their professional excellence and truly personable care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
