    PLS - Pretty awful from start to still not yet finished !!!!

    I had to deal with this firm, as they were on the panel for my mortgage ... awful from start to finish. So many errors .... incorrect billing ... double billing ... failure to call back ... slow to respond ... final report wrong, missing words, incomplete. Save the stress and use someone else.

    The lack of working efficiently led me to lose out on the remortgage case which I had lost thousands of pounds and 6 months on, I am still trying to sort out tge mess Armi cost me. Do not even touch them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. And in the end they had sent me an abortive bill nearly thousand pound for the work they didn’t do.

    I would not use this conveyancer ever again I used them for purchasing my flat as recommend by the estate agent which turned out to be very poor recommendation there were lots of delays, very poor communication and lack of professionalism which cause me a lot of stress throughout the buying process I would definitely advise anyone using this firm whether you're buying or selling a property

    Currently in the process of selling and purchasing two properties with PLS. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been disappointing. We’ve encountered a lack of attention to detail, slow customer service responses, and what appears to be inadequate due diligence on several matters. These issues have caused significant frustration and have left us concerned about whether we will complete within the timescales we were initially expecting.     Do not use this conveyancer even if initial quote seem ok. Terrible service and not professional at all. PLS has gone past the deadline we had set on a simple refinance and we are now having to pay extra fees because of this. Non existant communication from my conveyancer Ruby Smith. I cannot contact her by phone and very slow at replying to email. Very disappointing

      Would avoid!

      I would massively avoid! We had an awful experience from the beginning. Communication was shocking, we had our case handler removed and just handed a new one with no explanation or notice. They also didn’t pay the correct redemption figure to our previous mortgage lender, and are happy to just walk anyway leaving us to deal with their failings, showing no accountability or support for the situation they caused. Poor customer service.

      The lack of responses are unacceptable

      Selecting PLS is the worst decision I have ever made. I used them for a property purchase in 2020 and that decision haunts me to this day - the issues I am now uncovering after 6 years and the lack of engagement to resolve them mean I cannot encourage others more strongly to use an alternative. Even the post completion team on the phones express their frustration at how slow the solicitor teams are to respond. Recently when I said to one that I had emailed the ResiFlexi team a couple of days ago with an urgent issue they said "there's no chance they will have looked at it yet". The irony of being called pls when they make you beg for any sort of response. I have made an official complaint to the compliance team and to add insult to injury the team on the phone won't even speak to me because of the mark on my account.

      I wouldn’t recommend this company as they have hidden charges that they only bring to light once you’ve made your first payment, so then it feel like entrapment and when you try to call them directly to discuss they continually end your call so you can’t get through to them

      I wish I read the reviews first

      Outright unprofessional shambolic bunch. We couldn't take anything they said for granted as they were so untrustworthy. Key steps missed which has cost us money. We complained and their own internal review agreed and even gave a us a discount (despite the review not being carried out when they said it would be- untrustworthy). Even with the discount we still feel very hard done by. Do not use.
