I was recommended to Beyond Corporate during an incredibly difficult period when I was facing a threat of an injunction and a substantial compensation claim. The situation was urgent, complex, and personally overwhelming, but from our first meeting, Will Appleyard provided the strategic clarity and composure I desperately needed. He and his team immediately identified the weaknesses in the claimant’s case. Their ability to dissect the legal grounds for the injunction meant we were able to respond aggressively and effectively, rather than just being on the defensive. This was moving fast, however, Will Appleyard was consistently ahead of the deadlines, ensuring our evidence was robust and our position was protected at every turn. He didn’t just wait for the other side to move, he took the fight to them. The response to the threat of an injunction was so legally sound and strategically sharp that it effectively halted the opposition in their tracks. I fully appreciate this is Will Appleyard’s job, however, I will be forever grateful for the outstanding work he has done which has allowed me to get on with my life.

After 30 years in business I have met this young man. Within one zoom meeting he changed a vital aspect of our claims and immediately it impacted on our case and resulted in a positive result at a relatively low outlay. I recently used Beyond Corporate to settle a dispute and split with my business partner. 1st Alison Rocca, and then William Appleyard, were great in explaining the whole process to me, as well as talking me through each conversation that i needed to have with my BP. Alongside a corporate colleague, he produced a range of documents that made the split both amicable and watertight in terms of detail. I wouldn't hesitate to continue using Beyond corporate in any future legal needs i have.

A wholly vile experience with Matt Dobson and this firm during our legal matters. His approach felt aggressive, unreasonable and overly adversarial in a way that prioritised short-term gains over ethical or constructive resolution. Specific interactions showed he enabled bad behavior, and it’s handling raised serious concerns about fairness and transparency. I would not recommend this firm or Mr Dobson for any matter requiring trust, integrity, or balanced legal advice. This experience will ensure our business avoid any future dealings with them or their associates.
