I have had a claim going for over 3 years. I had to complain about my solicitor messing me about. He never emailed or called and this went on for 3 years. He also didn't add all the things I wished to claim so now the claim is messed up. I have had a response from the complaints department who asked if another solicitor could take over. I feel trapped by them. This has gone on and on in circles wirh surveyors etc. They rang me this morning and I have had to tell them I am not willing to go through another person looking in the roof space. Their 'experts' never went up there last time and were rude about it and yet offered their experts advice about the roof to the report for the solicitor. It has been a nightmare from the very start. I wish I hadn't bothered. In truth they have caused me more stress and anxiety than the Council. I have had enough of them. DO NOT USE. They take half the money they've allegedly fighting for, for you.

I contacted 'Injury lawyers for you' due to an injury from a set of kitchen knives and my case was passed to Express solicitors. I received an email requesting further information then an operative contacted me for further details. He finished the conversation by telling me he would contact me the following day. After around 10 days of waiting I sent an email enquiring where my case was up to? Recieved no reply. Two weeks later I made further contact and again received no response. Hence the reason I state unreliable due to not keeping to agreement and poor communication.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My lad had an accident at work, head injury, A&E etc, last week. Yesterday I rang and spoke to Express for over a hour, they asked us many questions, then they confirmed they have accepted our case. Express sent 6 emails to us, confirming they have accepted our case, we completed forms and declarations and returned them taking us about an hour. Then Express rang me at 9am today to say although one member of staff accepts our case, another one won’t accept it. Basically they have changed their minds. Very unprofessional, I would advise anyone against dealing with this company, DO NOT trust them as they might just change their mind within a matter of hours. I had an injury at work caused by the company’s negligence and I contacted injury lawyers for you who then allocated my case to be dealt with by Express Solicitors Limited in November 2021. It was a very slow process and it took over 3 years to be settled. I must admit that I was kept informed about what was happening throughout but was disappointing was the time it took to get it settled. I was paid out in May 2025 and I was happy that it’s over and done with as it was starting to stress me out. Too much paperwork to sign and if they could reduce too many documents to sign would help people who are already stressed. I can only say their changes are high though. Overall I would recommend them to family and friends but a lot of patients is required. Thank you Hiba Mahmood and her assistant Ayomide Abdulkarim for your help. I’m so grateful that I got compensated by this firm cause at one point it looked like nothing was gonna happen as they were digging in. Once again thank you. Cheers Norman.

Changed solicitors 4 times ,took years to go to court didn't even try to win , documents signed and dated while I was out of the country so clearly not me , case didn't won ( wonder why 😡), then charged £11,000 for it absolutely diabolical. Stay well away from these .
