From the very beginning I was sure that this was the solicitor to help me, I was always listened to and kept in the loop the whole time, I’m delighted with the outcome
They seem to be handling my possible claim very well
These guys work miracles, they helped me with an incident I experienced in a nightclub from the security team of that club . It seemed impossible but a settlement has now been agreed out of court. Big thanks to Martin and his team.
All the facts were available from the beginning so they could have assessed the chances of success. Instead I was led to believe I had a good case whilst it seems the whole process was a complete waste of time. No I would not recommended Fletchers.
I highly recommend fletchers solicitor here has great Staff , who takes cases Seriously. Very lovely kindest people, help lots of charities. My 2022 case Outcome had surprised all my family myself just to win one of my claims over moon I'm very grateful this case wasn't unsuccessful as 2021 case which was, Not fletchers Fault of this. I'm happy that my case handlers here Didnt gived up on me regarding my behaviour and my 2022 case. Thank you , Everyone :)
An ok company but I found they went over the same things over and over it seemed to me to be an open and shut case because of the admission of guilt and confession of blame in letter's sent to me by the defendant, also don't understand how the solicitors got a payment of £5000 half way through my case from the defendants to help pay some of there costs which doesn't seem to have been added to the offtakes taken to pay for the services from them , but all and all happy with the outcome.
Great result despite an initial dispute on liability

The solicitors I instructed have been the most disappointing I have ever dealt with. What should have been a straightforward “no win, no fee” matter has now been left unresolved for over two years. I raised a formal complaint last year, after which a representative assured me she would contact me daily until the issue was resolved. She did so for only two days, and I have not heard from her since. This lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. Furthermore, clients are encouraged to take out insurance policies, despite the apparent reality that, once legal costs and insurance premiums are deducted, the client is likely to receive little or no financial benefit. This practice raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. Overall, my experience has been a significant waste of time and has caused considerable frustration. I would strongly encourage others in a similar situation to raise formal complaints and provide feedback to the appropriate regulatory bodies. In England and Wales, concerns about solicitors can be reported to the Legal Ombudsman, who handles complaints about poor service, or to the Solicitors Regulation Authority if there are concerns about professional conduct.
This current representation established don’t work directly within the legal principles or law confines They had made my life bad by abusing my financial compensation and PIP of the government They havent even given me financial reports even though I told Office of public guardian and they told me I should receive they by 11/04/2025 but guess what I didn’t receive them which leads me to believe they are hiding the abuse of my financial compensation funds below are more issues I’ve sustained with fletchers architecture to undertake a property I supposedly purchased she ls told the architect not to hand over the keys 2, manipulation of my mother family members for example when I chose waddingtons to represent me saying to my mother look at there reviews 3, manipulation of my mother again telling her to tell my brother that when I wanted to change deputy to him she told my mum to tell my brother it’s a full time job he isn’t an accountant it’s clearly not 4, the original recommended assessor for mental capacity was falsified so again she’s probably told Alec Larroway who he went to university with the assessor Amy Burns my PA was in the meeting he read the report and stated you didn’t say that I said I know she made her own interpretation of what i stated So I had capacity at this point but Lucy with her manipulation control he stated otherwise I did and assessors exam for mental capacity a couple of months after this to prove a point I had capacity I passed it So how could I be an assessor but not have mental capacity weres the logic in this I managed to do this because its relevant for the construction industry to determine if a person has capacity to undertake there work I have a certificate as proof I have all evidence to back my truth statements up My family members, certificate emails She needs tricking off her current position for inappropriate inadequacy incompetence lying principles
I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the serious injury team at Fletchers Solicitors for their highly professional and competent services. Throughout my case, communication was always clear and efficient. The team consistently provided regular updates and responded promptly to any queries I had, ensuring I felt informed and supported at all times. I would especially like to acknowledge Gerard Horton, David Eyres, and Gemma Roberts for the exceptional way they handled my case. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were outstanding. At the same time, they were incredibly friendly, compassionate, and supportive, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Thank you again for everything you have done for me. I would highly recommend Fletchers Solicitors and their services to anyone in need of legal support.
I have always been unsure with solicitors, but I can say that Fletchers have been fantastic throughout the whole of my journey. I was given a contact name and number so I had continuity. They have always been very helpful with any questions or queries I had and nothing was too much trouble for them. The communication either via e-mail or telephone has been impeccable and I would highly recommend Fletchers Solicitors.
I would recommend this company. I cannot fault the way they dealt with my case . I'd like to specifically mention Tyler who was patient, kind and understanding . He explained things very well and responded to queries very quickly .
My recent personal injury claim, which resulted from my being knocked off my push bike by a car entering a roundabout, resulted in a compensation award which was more than I expected. I was kept well informed by numerous, clear emails throughout the 8 month process and a couple of phone calls were pleasant experiences.
They have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They've taken the time to answer every question I've had at every point and a process I was dreading they've made it so easy for me. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I would 100% use them.
The team were compassionate and supportive at a time when I was frustrated after poor healthcare and have consistently kept me informed. After a lot of hard work by the team they finally managed to settle the case and help me get closure and move forward with my life and close a difficult chapter in my life.
I have never been involved in anything like this before and I have to say that FLETCHERS COMPENSATION SOLICITORS have dealt with my case with patience & respect towards me seeing as I was very tense/worrying throughout the duration and yes CLAIRE & ANDY where great /very kind towards me. If ever I come across a friend of mine who finds themselves in need of a good Solicitors for injuries sustained I shall recommend yourselves FLETCHERS and will explain without hesitation how good you was with me. Many thanks Andrew Guy
