Imogen was amazing when buying my first house, I could not have asked for a better service. Imogen took me through the whole process of buying my first home and was happy to explain all the steps required. Always friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions or worries I had. When dealing with any problems or unforeseen circumstances with buying a house I found her knowledge and understanding invaluable. Imogen would also deal with any issues there and then, this is something I noticed the seller's solicitors normally took weeks to achieve. During any developments, she would inform me of the development we would discuss it and she would always be immediate with the reply keeping me in the loop at all times. This is something I believe saved me a great deal of time with my house purchase. I couldn't be happier with the service I received as Imogen when over and above my expectations. 10/10 would recommend and shall be using their services again.
