From outset to conclusion my experience of LegalHdltd was painless and positive. Every issue within my rented property was very quickly resolved once my appointed solicitor, James, had been in touch with my landlord . It was the push they needed after previously waiting 3 years for the necessary repairs to be undertaken. Not only did the legal process speed up the repair process it has also caused a change in attitude towards me, with the latest repair request being attended to within 2 hours of being reported.

The compensation received was an added bonus and I strongly recommend this group to other social housing tenants who live at their wits end trying to get repairs done.

Very understanding and quick odd the mark

Legal HD have been nothing but helpful and supportive after trying all avenues with my landlord and getting nowhere. Legal HD stepped in and we have settled out of court this week. Forever grateful and hopefully I can now love in a mould and damp free home.

I have been dealing with rising damp and mould in my home for over 2 years, being an Asthamtic this has been a constant struggle.
All complaints and requests to the Council to sort it were either ignored or a quick mouldwash being organised (twice).
I reached out to Legal HD and Stephanie went through the process of pushing the council to agree to get it sorted, even winning me compensation for the length of time and constant issues.
