They are robbers they took £4000 and I end up getting £1400 they are thieves never use them no recommendations what so ever any one reading this people never use them thieves roobers day light roobers I will make sure they never use and don’t even get close to people like you when it came to money you are absolutely thieves and you charged me As you told me clearly there will be nothing extra rather than 25% and I will get some to contact you with my phone records when you told me you won’t take nothing else apart the percentage

I've had a really positive experience with Legal HD so far. They have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my housing disrepair claim, and I've always felt that my concerns have been listened to and taken seriously. I'd especially like to mention Neil, who has been helping me with my claim. He has been patient, reassuring and very helpful throughout the process. After dealing with housing issues for such a long time, the whole situation has been extremely stressful, but Neil has helped put my mind at ease by explaining things clearly, answering my questions and making me feel supported. Since Legal HD became involved, I've also seen things begin to move forward with my landlord which has been a huge relief. Terrible solicitors did nothing to help with my major repairs and then gaslit and blamed me saying they couldn’t work with me after doing nothing for 6 months with major asbestos repairs wouldn’t recommend to anyone
We investigated your claim having gathered all the necessary evidence and advised that you had poor prospects of success. You chose not to accept our advice, which you are entitled to do and so we have advised you to take a second legal opinion. We wish you the best of luck going forward
