We are in our 60s, have a reasonable Estate with a terraced house in London etc etc and had been thinking about our Wills and PoAs for sometime. After investigating various options ( Trusts etc) of how best to pass on our wealth on death many suggestions looked too complicated for our needs. We then approached Private Client Solicitors. During our initial chat with Tasnim and Demi we found them approachable and practical. They investigated our family dynamics and then proposed a flexible solution at a reasonable cost which works well for us. Through the process Demi has been our 'port of call' and what a difference it makes to have someone you know, who understands your case and who can be contacted when you have thoughts or questions throughout the process......which no doubt everyone does. I would certainly recommend the services of PCS as I have already to a close friend.

After the loss of our father in February this year, we were faced with the overwhelming task of dealing with his estate and applying for probate, something we’d never had to do before. When my father passed away after a short illness I didn’t really know where to begin with the financials. This firm deserve a medal for the help and support they gave me when dealing with a Will during and after the passing of. Very dear friend . Even though the Will seemed straight forward . There are all sorts of unexpected things that can pop up at a very low time of someone close no longer here . There is so much sorting out from Dr report death certificate , funeral , the freezing of accounts . Pension still being paid have to be given back , by dealing with this company for a reasonable fee which comes out of the Inheritance ( no hidden xtras )!before sending it to you . Mellissa and Emily sorts everything for you . They keep you updated at all times so no surprises . I am now keeping Mellissa and Emily to help sort all other Wills when I need them to as well as recommending them to friends as well as family ,
