Poor communication throughout, lack of updates and extremely slow service. Despite paying for the searches I was not given any report or outcome after 8 weeks. My property purchase broke down because of the way they behaved. They have no respect for their client's time and money.

Very happy with the service of TM Fortis and the work of our solicitor Syrah Shah in helping us with all the steps in our property purchase. As working professionals with a family, it has been a very stressful time trying to secure and move into a new home. Two Solicitors let us down (didn't even start our paperwork and failed to contact us because they "had a lot of cases to deal with"). So when I contacted TM Fortis, I wasn't holding much hope. However after listening to our situation, the Solicitor immediately got to action. The team were very professional, supportive and upfront about costs and what this involved. Sometimes we had to call late in the evening and that was no problem also. In fact every effort was made to work around our busy schedules (in the NHS) and help resolve issues on our behalf. It really felt like we had someone on our side for once, negotiating, explaining and making our home purchase quick and seamless.

She worked tirelessly, communicated really well with us, and was basically an all round star. She had our best interests at heart and was just very determined. I was struggling to remortgage my property and was recommended TM Fortis. I was about to give up but when Diane Leung recommended a broker things began to change and after 2 years of being messed about the contact Diane provided and the hard work that she did made it all happen for me. She was easy to talk too and was very professional in every way. A recent incident where a pothole caused considerable damage to my vehicle led to finding TM Fortis who were happy to negotiate a settlement with the party concerned. Throughout the proceedings they provided constant updates, supported by excellent legal knowledge of the subject matter which was easy to understand. They have a refreshing approach and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
