I was engaged with Hannah Haywood as the legal team provided by Skipton, as part of a property transaction. The team were all incredibly friendly from the start, however some conflicting information near the beginning of the process resulted in the transaction becoming increasingly complicated, and taking considerably longer than anticipated. It was also difficult to contact the team by phone, often having the call dropped or being unable to reach the people on my case (probably exacerbated by holidays, on balance). Contact via email on the other hand was almost always very quickly responded to, and once the situation resulting from the initial confusion was resolved, the rest of the process was completed efficiently.

The team at Hennah Haywood were fab. Our remortgage process was extremely easy and stress free, and we were kept in the loop at every step. All of our questions were answered promptly and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble.
