I used this firm to handle the purchase of my first home, and the experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. I was assigned Najim Nessa as the Solicitor and Barwaqo Osman as the Conveyancing Assistant and unfortunately, I didn’t feel confident in their handling of the process.
I was constantly chasing for updates and, at times, had to step in and speak directly with the sellers myself just to keep things moving.
There were repeated delays, poor communication, and a lack of clarity when requesting documents—which led to me having to resend the same information multiple times, even costing me an extra £60 in postage. Their disorganised and reactive approach nearly cost me an additional £6,000 in interest fees due to delays.
I found the entire experience exhausting. It affected my sleep and overall wellbeing, and yet the firm seems to believe they provided a satisfactory service, by requesting a positive review from myself on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or professional home-buying experience. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and become more proactive rather than reactive.
