They were excellent making my re-mortgage process simple and was quick to respond with any questions and assistance when I was having issue obtaining certain documents. the online portal was easy and user friendly to use and follow the process
Barwaqo and the team worked extremely hard to get our title split and subsequent mortgages over the line for a completion date that looked like we wouldn’t achieve at one point. We were recommended to use this firm by Skipton Building Society who were dealing with our re-mortgage and we couldn’t have been happier with them. They kept us updated throughout the transaction apart from when we transferred the monies we needed to pay just before completion. Not a huge criticism but an email just to say the monies had arrived in their account would have set our minds at ease. Danielle was excellent and kept us informed 100% of the time. I think the monies side of things were dealt by Chloe but on the other hand she was very good in confirming the actual amount required from us to complete. I would wholeheartedly recommend HH Law .
