Filled out their online form and expected to hear back in a couple of days, but had a phone call in less than 4minutes from a very cheerful Jordan. I had already contacted a few solicitors who weren't very helpful, so this call was refreshing and even better that they could fit me in the same day. They have been fast, and efficient throughout the process. Even the fact that the point I arrived there, the paperwork was already ready for me and there was no time-waste.
