Lauren was incredibly kind and supportive in helping me put together my will. I had never done one before and didn’t know what to expect, but she talked me through the process and helped me understand what all the different terms of reference meant. And she was very patient with me getting forms back to her and answering all of my questions outside of scheduled appointment times. I would absolutely go to Lauren again :)

Donna Thomas has just done our Wills for us, first class service with all options put to us and fully explaining problems that can occur for second marriages, really pleased with our final Wills that leave us both protected on the event of one passing, though common for second marriages details need to be written within the Will to how you wish the estate to be carried out. Donna is very professional, knowledgeable and makes you very relaxed during the process, highly recommended.

I had an incredible experience using Belcher Addison for my conveyancing. They responded to all of my enquiries in a very timely manner and ensured I felt reassured at all stages of the process. We had a couple of issues prop up during our conveyancing and our solicitor dealt with these promptly and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. Any additional fees which we incurred as a result of this was also very reasonable. The team's attention to detail has been brilliant and our purchase was registered extremely quickly. Walter and Cordelia were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a home. We were first time buyers and felt the process was much less daunting due to them being so proactive and a friendly face throughout it all.

It has been two weeks since I moved into my new apartment, the mountain of boxes has gone, and I feel like I have settled in. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Belcher Addison for all their very professional help throughout this more complicated and difficult situation. Awful company. Let me down multiple times. They seemed to forget who their client was and seemed like they were working for my ex partner. Mutiple promises made that were broken through out. I wouldn't use this company again or any company associated with them. Very slow conveyancing caused by a conveyancing executive not doing what she was asked.
