Tom and Melanie handled the conveyancing and sale of my aunt's house in a friendly and professional way. Minor hiccups and delays were sorted out diligently and they made sure I was kept informed throughout the process. Their service provided good value for money as well.

It has been two weeks since I moved into my new apartment, the mountain of boxes has gone, and I feel like I have settled in. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Belcher Addison for all their very professional help throughout this more complicated and difficult situation. I would like to thank both Walter & Tom for their kindness and professionalism throughout the most difficult time in my life. Awful company. Let me down multiple times. They seemed to forget who their client was and seemed like they were working for my ex partner. Mutiple promises made that were broken through out. I wouldn't use this company again or any company associated with them. Very slow conveyancing caused by a conveyancing executive not doing what she was asked.
