However, I believe that incorporating a personal touch, via a phone call would have further enhanced the overall experience. My initial consultation was positive. Chose this solicitor on reviews and easy to get to location. Not told office was closing and was concerned when hand delivering important paperwork that they were not there, tried phoning three times before I could get to speak to someone as calls dropped out. From that point difficult to rate as my solicitor was ill. Replacement solicitor missed an email from me and discovered a procedure had not been put in place. I found I was having to constantly chase and ask for confirmation that my emails had been received as promised deadlines were not met.

Highly recommend Leah. Leah assisted with a termination of contract settlement. Although I had been advised that my case had a low chance of success, Leah accepted the case. Leah issued a number of letters on my behalf and with each letter Leah issued, we made further progress with the other party. After each letter the other party increased their settlement offer. Leah identified the key phrases in the contract and constructed a clear argument. Leah achieved more than I expected.
