Kerry is always available to offer advice regardless how trivial and when it comes to the crunch, who else would you want in your corner. Kerry has gone above and beyond when we have faced cost challenges and helped us knock them into the long grass.

An efficient service recently provided by Underwoods, was a process made easy, straight forward and completed in two weeks due to short notice request. Thank you for the clear, communication with prompt replies whilst always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services. :)

My initial consultation was positive. Chose this solicitor on reviews and easy to get to location. Not told office was closing and was concerned when hand delivering important paperwork that they were not there, tried phoning three times before I could get to speak to someone as calls dropped out. From that point difficult to rate as my solicitor was ill. Replacement solicitor missed an email from me and discovered a procedure had not been put in place. I found I was having to constantly chase and ask for confirmation that my emails had been received as promised deadlines were not met.

Kerry is great and very helpful. He is the go-to guy when you need sound advice and direction, especially in contentious cases. His knowledge of costs related matters is second-to-none. One of the thing that impresses about Kerry is that nothing is "sugar coated". He is very straight forward and tells it like it is which is just what we need. He responds in an organised and timely matter, and will always get back to us if he needs to assess something further. He will thoroughly review documents and has an impeccable attention to detail. Would highly recommend his consultancy services.
