Burrows

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Katrina throughout the purchase of our first home. The purchase involved a professional executor acting as the seller, as well as an issue that needed to be reported to our mortgage lender. Katrina handled everything professionally and efficiently, regularly chasing for updates and keeping us informed throughout the process. Her communication was excellent, responses were always prompt, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. We're extremely grateful for all her hard work and dedication in getting everything over the line. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katrina to friends and family. Thank you again for everything!

Katrina handled the purchase of our new home and was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly quick, replying to emails and calls promptly and moving each stage along without us having to chase. She was also diligent, in checking the details carefully and dealing with queries before they became problems. She explained everything in plain English, so we always knew where we stood. Thanks to her efficiency, our move went through smoothly and we were in our new home with far less stress than anticipated. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling. We'd use Katrina again without hesitation.

As this was my first time going through this process, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Alexandra and the team made everything feel straightforward and much less stressful. They were always helpful and patient with my questions and took the time to explain things clearly. I felt reassured throughout the process and confident that everything was being handled properly. I would happily recommend them.

Katrina successfully helped us achieve the completion date we wanted. Katrina was very responsive to emails and answered all questions to our satisfactory. Most emails were overly legally worded and confusing, but with the help of AI we were able dumb this down! Highly recommend Katrina and will be using in the future where required.
