      Duty Solicitor at police station

      I was on the verge of refusing a duty solicitor and making no comment regarding a fight I had with my son. The solicitor advised me how to present my version of the incident and I was released without charge when I had already resigned myself to being charged.

      My father had been supported by the team over the past year, during this time the professionals remained supportive of him but equally myself and this placed us at ease. I would like to state that Vinesh continued to support my father and I following the hearing taking place, demonstrating the amount of care and support that is put in place with this firm. Vinesh, thank you for continuing to answer my questions and responding swiftly to my emails, it will never be forgotten, especially during a time that was extremely stressful, and when you did not necessarily have to as your work had been completed weeks prior.
