She was always proactive and informative throughout the whole process and would strongly recommend Labrums to all of my friends and family.

Roxanne provided an excellent service when we moved house. She was always available and provided helpful guidance throughout the whole process. Her email responses to questions were always prompt, clear and concise. Overall we were very happy with how Roxanne dealt with the conveyancing side of things and she was always very professional and on the ball. In terms of Labrums, this is not a face to face service. Everything is done via a data capture system and emails. The advantage of this is that everything is recorded electronically and can easily be reviewed. The data capture is done via a third party system which really isn’t up to the job. We had to upload blank pages to get around system limitations and contact a support line to unlock various forms for amendment. This is not a criticism of Roxanne and the excellent job she did, but rather of Labrums’ choice of data capture system which could be better.
