I have had a great experience. I was in need of assistance with all the legalities of owning a Spanish property after my husbands sudden death. Isaac (and Sergio before him) were invaluable talking me through the process and taking the stress away so that I didn't have to travel to Spain. I would definitely recommend Isaac and the firm if you need any help regarding Spanish Law.

Good experience with the probate team albeit with some queries about charges added that should not have been there which was then damaged by an enquiry into some business support that we needed where we were charged multiple hours of work for an enquiry. Be very careful with this company and hidden charges and fees being charged for asking if they can help before any work has been carried out. Shame as felt like they were a business there to support you not grab every penny charged in 6 minute intervals.
Daniel, it is disappointing that your review and opinion has changed. As a firm we strive to provide high levels of service and to be transparent with costs and do make adjustments to costs where necessary.
Labrums were extremely professional and diligent. Their communication is quick and accurate and advice always helpful and balanced. They supported us with a remortgage, transfer of deeds and slightly complex wills. There was a change in lead solicitor part way through and the handover was seamless.

Used recently for house purchase/sale. Cannot recommend them, as they were slow and uncommunicative, handled the day of completion badly resulting in us paying interest fees for late payment, took almost to the 2 month limit in submitting to land registry, did not follow up on things as promised. Through the grapevine we’ve also heard a lot of others having issues with labrum’s for conveyancing recently.
Used recently for a house purchase, generally a terrible experience would not recommend under any circumstances. - Uncommunicative and slow - Required constant following up, repeating of information and instructions - Delayed completion by sending the incorrect payment - Paid SDLT late resulting in an interest charge Many better options out there, use them
