If I could give 0 stars I would. was on the buy side of a transaction for these guys, they took 3 weeks to issue a memorandum of sale on an auction purchase, then tried to forfeit the deposit and revoke the contract with no notice Be very aware if you are dealing with this mob

I was recommended to Rise Legal by my partner and so I contacted Sharon Garson to act for me to remortgage my property and to remove my ex-partner from the title deeds. It was an extremely stressful time for me because there was a declaration of trust and my ex had been very difficult throughout the process. I was unsure how much she would agree on as a final settlement or if I would need to sell the property to pay her off. Sharon was excellent and her no-nonsense approach to the solicitor acting for my ex-partner was fantastic. Sharon got the job done quickly and the final settlement was minimal enabling me to keep my property. If it wasn't for Sharon I'm sure the end result would have been very different. I can’t believe that review from Kristoffer. Jeremy and Sharon have acted for me many times, most recently setting up my will, and have been incredibly swift, helpful, and professional.
