Poor communication, poor quality and stressful

The marketing team were adequate.

The problems started when we received the offer. No regular updates as promised. I had to chase them at key points and they had failed to give me important comms from the buyers of our land. Incorrect information throughout the process, often one email would contradict the other and this was from one of the Partners! The whole process was incredibly stressful. I ended up complaining and got assurances that they were going to address the issues raised...we'll see! I only gave them 1 star just to get the review on. I'd definitely not recommend!
