Incredible service, communication and results!
Me and my partner have recently bought our first home and were very nervous about the legal process side of things specifically. However, all our concerns were put to bed in record time through Leah's exceptional communication from start to finish! She was always on the other end of the phone, replied to emails in great time and worked so hard things done as soon as possible! I can not recommend Leah enough and she is a credit to her profession!

This was a straight forward vacant possession property, with an eager genuine cash buyer champing at the bit to exchange and complete as soon as possible. However, the conveyancing from our side, (the vendors), reminded me of watching a box set of 'Tales of the Unexpected' . Each episode would lull you into a false sense of security only to end with a nasty twist. We took our Estate Agent's advice ,( Shire's , Bury St Edmunds), as we were led to believe that using Apex , Pontefract would speed up transactions. On the contrary, if anything Apex managed to slow things down so much that we were in danger of losing our cash buyer. Looking back, I really wish that we had used a local solicitor's firm

I have waited nearly 2 weeks for letter about there fees still haven't got it they don't call you you have to call them and they don't tell you what's going on and the service is not good at all. I will never use this service again.

Avoid Kelly Stewart rude and unprofessional. Hardly spoke to her and she was the solicitor dealing with us. Had to constantly chase and when we did speak to her she was arrogant and obnoxious.

I couldn’t fault the service I received from Kelly, Gemma, Sofia and all the Team at Apex Law in Crayford. Always professional and friendly and replied to emails so quickly, which made the whole process much less stressful. I received clear and helpful advice and regular updates.
