Unfortunately, my experience with **CTW Solicitors Maidstone Branch** was extremely disappointing. My property sale took **five months** to complete, and much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of urgency. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, and responses were often slow. There were several mistakes that should not have happened, including my paperwork being misplaced and my name being spelt incorrectly on legal documents. These errors caused unnecessary frustration and did not inspire confidence. To make matters worse, additional charges were added during the transaction, which was disappointing. Ironically, the buyer also used CTW Solicitors (through a different branch), yet the transaction was still significantly delayed. This suggests that using the same firm did not improve communication or speed up the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone buying or selling a property carefully considers other solicitors before choosing CTW. A property transaction is already stressful enough without having to constantly chase your legal representative for progress. I can only comment on my own experience, but unfortunately, I would not use CTW Solicitors again or recommend them to others.

We received excellent service from CTW on our recent house move . Everyone from the helpful lady at reception to our designated conveyancer Brooke Illing . When the moving in date looked doubtful at the end Brooke pulled out all the stops and pushed it through. We were very happy and relieved.

Ive had a bad experience with the maidstone branch, my solicitor was Kacy Cole and I would not recommend going with them based on my experience selling and buying a house. It's pretty much impossible to get through personally and the office almost never picks up and when they do they always say they'll ring back. Emails took forever to be replied to. some of the paperwork wasnt done right and I actually had to call up and chase the rest of the chain for them to ensure everything went through on the agreed date.
