We cannot fault the professional service and diligence Lawrence showed during the time he acted on our behalf. Our first attempt at a sale was difficult but throughout this time we felt both supported and represented by him, as our solicitor. He was always quick to respond to any queries, and we always felt he was managing the sale process on our behalf. We never had the need to follow up anything, as our experiences showed he was always proactive and would always contact when needed, whilst at the same time behind the scenes he was clearly efficiently managing our sale. This gave us a sense of trust and faith in him handling the sale. The sale of the house, after relisting was quick and efficient and again, we were always informed of progress and anything that we needed to do. We would highly recommend Amity and Lawrence, based on our experience over the past 15 months.
