    Terrible and Deceitful Service!!!

    - No real help given. - Misleading practices (informed financial compensation would be achieved and building works would be completed), thus to ensure my health would no longer be at stake - Bamboozled into believing that my disrepair would be addressed and compensation for the damage to my health and well-being - No form of help delivered, but just a conflict created between me and my housing provider, all because they felt the need to take all the money!! DO NOT TRIUST THEIR VERBAL CONTRACTS, even though they say one thing they want every penny... In essence, this legal firm are a bunch of parasites and money hungry and could not care to less about the problems you are experiencing in your home as they managed to achieve 100% of the compensation!!! AND TURNER ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

    Housing disrepair claim

    Bond and turner represented my housing disrepair with A2 Dominion, I was compensated £1000 which was paid to Bond and Turner for the disrepair. Bond and Turner charged £892 and sent me a cheque of £108 which I didn't bother to cash it and also my apartment hasn't been fixed yet. I still have damp and mould in my room

    All I can say is if you do need to do a disrepair claim . Think twice and look around . I rarely get replies . It’s been over 18 months . I’m now moving house and I get no answers even to the fact that I’m simply trying to update them. I just get ignored most of the time . No repairs were carried out. I was told that my case is now working its way through the court system . Fair enough but I’m given no proof of this nothing . An answer via email surely isn’t that hard .       Bond Turner successfully handled my personal injury claim

      Bond Turner handled my personal injury case after being knocked off of my bike by a motorist. They handled the whole process from start to finish in a professional and ethical manner, keeping me informed at all stages of the claim. They clearly explained the legal steps being taken at each stage. They challenged the motorists insurance company who were undervaluing my injuries which resulted in my case going to court. The Bond Turner barrister represented me and successfully won the case resulting in an increased compensation payout.       Very Professional Clinical Negligence Team

      I have had a longstanding complaint with the NHS over an operation I had on my foot, it needed surgery again to correct what the NHS had done. Right from the start Sarm was determined that this case was going to win. As others has said about Sarm, he is very approachable, didnt care about emails you sent and he was always very quick to come back to me, to answer any query I had. Even after the first denial of liability from the NHS, Sarm persisted and eventually won my case without it going to court and he even negotiated with them to get a higher settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Bond Turner, but if you are lucky to get Sarm dealing with your case then you are even luckier.
