      Equity transfer

      Unhappy as very unprofessional. Take on my case after 3 weeks they decide conflict of interest. Despite this i was charged 14.00 for search charge. I was chasing them my self no one willing to speak over the phone. Wont be using them nxt time.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received. We understand why this would have been frustrating. However, where a conflict of interest is identified, we have a professional obligation not to proceed with a matter. That said, we recognise that this should have been identified and communicated much earlier. We understand your concern regarding the £14 search charge. However, this fee was incurred obtaining the necessary documents and information required to progress your matter and was therefore a legitimate disbursement incurred on your behalf. Your comments regarding communication and the lack of telephone support have also been noted and will be reviewed internally. We take complaints about the standard of our service seriously and will use your feedback to improve our processes.
